We may hide or remove content that violates these rules, and suspend repeat offenders.
Subscriptions, trials, and refunds

Your content
You retain full ownership of every photograph you upload and every restoration we produce for you. By marking a photo "public," you grant Memory Lane a non-exclusive license to display it on the public Memory Atlas. You can make any photo private (or delete it) at any time.
Service availability
We aim to keep Memory Lane available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. The restoration AI is provided by a third party (Google) — we depend on their uptime and policies.
Limitation of liability
Memory Lane is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or via a banner in the app.
