1. Refunds

As a valued customer, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If your item is damaged in transit or faulty, we will gladly replace free of charge.

Due to the personalised nature of our products we are unable to offer a refund for any customised item unless it is faulty. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Refunds should arrive in your bank account within 14 working days. If this does not happen, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

2. Returns

There is no need to return an item to us. In the even that an item is faulty we might ask to see a photo of the problem. This will be used to show our printing partners.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. We do not exchange items if you change your mind or make an error with the photo or text personalisation.
